The products of our craftsmen

Our cuisine follows the seasons, using quality raw materials, where extra virgin olive oil is the protagonist. The fish comes from the fish markets of Rimini and Cesenatico, the seafood is fished in the Adriatic Sea. Marinated anchovies are processed in Cesenatico.

The meat comes from carefully selected suppliers and is processed by the butchers of Gatteo Mare and Igea.
